I woke up today thinking about our Lord being crucified. I think about His prayer ("Father if You are willing, please take this cup of suffering from me. Yet I want your will to be done, not mine." Then an angel from heaven appeared and strengthened Him. He prayed more fervently, and He was in such agony of spirit that his sweat fell to the ground like great drops of blood.) Luke 22:42-44 NLT

Amen!! And I'm so very grateful that He did ... He loves us more than we could ever know! I need Him now, more than ever in my life, and He is proving Himself ever faithful! Isn't that just like Him?! =)
ReplyDeleteI wanted to drop over and thank you for your encouraging comment on my first ever engagement session! =) I'm starting this midlife career change, (from home school mom, to empty next, and now to photography) and I'm hoping to get a small business going soon! I do a lot of practicing these days ... Christina and Trent are a precious young couple, and I'm so blessed to have been chosen to do that session for them! I know I still have quite a ways to go, and I'm praying that God continue to grow this gift in me, and soon ... I'm not getting any younger! Lol!
